I had purchased the security door years before from a different company and this was the second time the window broke. The first time my door slammed too hard shortly after the door was installed. This time I put my hand through the window when I missed the steel bars and pressed the window instead. Ken was as surprised as I that this happened. The window came in and was installed in the length of time expected. The cost was as promised. What I didn't expect was a better product than the original. Not only was the window thicker than the original but the window locks were of better quality. It is also better insulated around the edges than the original and more sound proof. I know previous reviews rate the cost a "B" but after my experience with my door, you get what you pay for.
