"It went exceptionally well!!! Andrei was able to get started on the job very quickly. He and his crew showed-up every morning right on time and got right to work. They were always courteous and professional. I found them to be quite versatile and competent in their skills. Whenever I would come up with a question, no matter who I was speaking to, they always listened, gave me their full attention and responded knowledgeably. The new roof and cedar shingles were done perfectly and they cleaned up around the house and left the grounds probably looking a bit better than how it looked when they arrived. Andrei discovered a few issues with the plywood sheathing dating back to when the house was built and he knew exactly how to fix it. He made just a few suggestions (during the job) which I really appreciated. He asked if I had any intentions of replacing the south side bedroom window because replacement would be much easier and less costly if they "trimmed out" the perimeter first, before applying the cedar shingles there. I do need to replace that window fairly soon, so his suggestion was quite timely. I will definitely call upon Bel Islands Home improvement again!"

"The pros arrived on time They completed the project in a timely manner. They did use different wood for clapboard than the other wood in place which had some ridges in it. They applied the Sheetrock but I guess I thought that it included putting on the prep so I could paint it. Not having a written list of what was going to be done was my fault. For future this would be a recommendation for the pros to give clients as they don’t do a site visit first"

"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. "Big deck was put on. Old one taken off and replaced. New deck about 420 sq. Ft. Bob used great quality product and the work was done to the highest standard. Conscientious work ethic. Very happy with the finished product. After deck was complete Bob put in a stone driveway, a small stone patio, and a walkway from deck to the outdoor shower. All work done to highest standard. Very happy."
