"Awesome team and finished work. This team was affordable and completed the job in a timely manner. This is absolutely Colorados finest in the business. Thank you again fort August"

I’m a residential contractor with 32 years of hands-on construction experience. I spent 24 years as a lead carpenter building everything from custom homes to tract homes, including a few log homes, and the past 8 years have focused primarily on residential remodeling.\n\nI take pride in doing quality work, paying attention to the details, and treating every customer’s home as if it were my own. I have experience with kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, decks, fences, repairs, and many other remodeling projects.\n\nMy goal is simple: do the job right, communicate with the homeowner, and leave them satisfied with the finished work.

"Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work."

"As discussed, the work was timely and professional."

"Window well was rusted out. The guys showed up and took care of it and did a good job cleaning up after."

"John did an A++ job - I had called several other contractors whose estimates were three times higher and the quality of John's work was superior. My homebuilder had installed the front porch stonework over the top of the decking, so it was not an easy job and involved carefully removing the old decking to install the new deck. What I was most impressed by though is that John was focused primarily on what would be most cost effective for me. When he reworked the stairs, he figured out a way to do them so that we could retain the vertical stonework while not costing s fortune. John went with me to compare decking products and made sure that my investment was a good one. I would not hesitate to use Omni services again in the future.

"Dan Mulder finished our basement in the same style and finish as the original house.  He worked closely with us to design the floor plan and made suggestions on how to create what we wanted at a reasonable cost.  He supervised the construction and all subcontractor work, inspecting and assuring the quality and timeliness of the work.  He pays attention to the details and has a high standard for quality.  We are very pleased with the results and recommend him to others for construction and remodeling work.
