Although this may be attractive to most people, I have found that too many shortcuts are taken when you discount your services too much. I will NEVER claim to be the cheapest in the industry!!! However, my prices are fair, and below market standards. I will NEVER trade off my PERFECTIONIST ways for a lower price. I am a man of GREAT integrity and HONOR. I think that we can all agree that is a rare thing these days.\n\n I am prompt, reliable, EXTREMELY neat and organized, detail oriented to a fault at times, and I often take that extra step to take care of something that my customers were not expecting.\n\n I know many people have delayed painting the EXTERIOR of their homes or structures the past 3 seasons. However......It's NOT TOO LATE to paint your exteriors. I primarily use Sherwin Williams paints that are designed to be used as low as 35 degrees, and up to 85 degrees. These paints have a minimum of a 15 year gurantee as well.\n\n As far as interior painting, I use ZERO V.O.C. Paints. We can match any color, and even give you some interior design ideas. \n\nPricing can vary from project to project. It is always best to estimate this is person. My estimates are ALWAYS free of charge!!!\n Some projects that I do are done as an hourly rate (Most Handyman Services are priced this way) My hourly rate for SMALL projects are $60.00 for the first hour, an $40.00 for each additional hour, PLUS any material costs. I DO NOT mark up materials like most companies either!!! I only charge you what I pay for those materials, and those are usually discounted due to my contractor status.\n\n Painting prices average at about $300.00 for an average INTERIOR bedroom, and EXTERIOR painting AVERAGES at about $2,200.00.
