"The floor of our screened porch now looks fabulous, after Guardian applied their unique polyurea/polyaspartic finish to it. Viewing it from my chair in the living room, the porch now looks like a finished room, vs plain old concrete. There were lots of color combinations to choose from, and we selected one that worked with our outdoor furniture and house color. Great communication from the vendor here in Raleigh, they were on time, and the process took only 5-6 hours. We were able to walk on the floor after 6 hours, and furniture can be replaced in 24 hours. What a beautiful result! I don’t give 5 stars very much, but this contractor earned them."
