They moved me into my new house from Sumner to Spanaway, then my mom a month later from Renton. They were so efficient, careful, professional and friendly. They made sure all our items were carefully wrapped and protected and they moved everything quickly, yet effortlessly - I wouldn't recommend anybody else to get you all settled into wherever your moving! "I have to give mixed ratings. The price is really high. The old location and new location only 20 minutes drive apart. I was charged for $100 travel fee, $350 for the truck. $100 for wrapping the dressers and desks (4 pieces in total were wrapped with plastics). $100 for dissembling and resembling. $100 per hour for 3 guys. For over time I was charged $125 per hour. The moving guys were on time, friendly, and working with a slow pace. They did treat furniture with care, dissembled almost every piece of furniture into small pieces (that's where it took a lot of time). When the furniture delivered by stores most of them came in as a whole piece, I even didn't know they can be dissembled like that. Overall no one was hurt and no furniture was damaged and we were moved. I paid about $1800 for the move. It's quite over my budget. Next time I will find a different moving company to see if the price will be as high as this one."

"I was very impressed from the start, when Joe explained how his business worked.  He answered the phone right away, and said he had availability to move us on a date we requested, which was a Sunday afternoon, 2 weeks away.
He explained how his business worked, with different scenarios, where we could drive the U-haul, or have them drive.  By using the U-haul truck system, we believe we saved a great deal of money.  
I completed an online questionnaire, which allowed us to tell them the inventory to be moved, so they can get a sense of the size of the job.  The questionnaire was simple and easy to complete.
Once Joe received and reviewed our survey, he called back the same day, and gave me an estimate of cost, and options for dates and times.  He e-mailed us a breakdown of the cost, and suggestions for moving, which were very clear and helpful.
The day of the move went smoothly.  They called and gave an estimate of the time they could meet us at U-haul. My husband met them there, filled out the paperwork, and they drove the van to our house.  Casper was the main contact, and his crew worked quickly and efficiently.  They were courteous and professional.  When they packed the truck and unloaded the items into our storage space, my husband was impressed with their ability to load everything securely in these small spaces.  We were worried that we didn't have enough room, but they were able to make it work, and were very organized.  
We highly recommend them, and would do business with them again.
