Not only was the quality of his work top notch, but he was also very respectful of the area he was working in. I say this because we’ve had issues in the past with other workers damaging fixtures or areas in the house near what they were actually working on and not telling us about it. "I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM. <br /> <br /> Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way. <br /> <br /> A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work. <br /> <br /> The job also comes with a 30 day warranty which I thought was great and definitely put my mind at ease just in case something happened again."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

Daniel showed up on the same day slightly earlier than originally promised (1:30pm vs. 2:00pm) and determined that the hot water heater was leaking. He called me, explained the problem, and asked how I wanted to proceed. I told him to replace the hot water heater, which he did on the same day. The problem was fixed. The second trip occurred today. My tenant informed me that the hall bathroom shower had very little water pressure. I called All Purpose Sewer and Drain and they were out there to fix it. (Turns out, it was just a clogged shower head.) When I asked how much I owed, they told me that this trip was complimentary since they were already in the area and were only at my house for a few minutes. Overall, I am very happy with the work performed (this is a rental unit) and will definitely use them again in the future (both for my rental units and for my own home).
