However, I only give 3 stars because we spoke to them about obtaining a W-9 from the company for tax purposes being that the property that was repaired is a rental property. They agreed to provide the form but never did. This was the first time we have dealt with a company that didn't want to provide a W-9. Disappointed and I do not recommend."
