He expected that to happen within another four weeks. The average cost per storm window was appx. $306 installed. Kind of expensive when you consider what a brand new complete window costs and the defect resolution that I am chasing. Ironically, I ordered just one storm window to begin with to verify color and quality. It was perfect, so I went ahead with the balance of the order (nine more windows). After they were all installed, I discovered that the nine subsequent windows were all defective. Only the first (sample) storm window, works perfect. Trying to get this resolved is taking quite some time. Seems like everyone says it's someone else's responsibility.
