"We noticed a significant hole developing in our shared alleyway, which seemed to worsen quickly. Also there were other depressions in our driveway where the asphalt was on the verge of giving way. After trying to contact multiple contractors and leaving several voicemails, the only one who responded promptly was Patrick from Capitol Hill Masonry. He came out immediately to assess the issues and provided us with a quote without delay. Once we approved the work, his team began the project the same day and completed everything by the following day. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work. We told them we were concerned about our exposure to silica, a cause of potentially fatal silicosis, and they said they “did not care.” We have been breathing it in for days and they have not been using water, air monitoring or any other steps to minimize hazards. The dust has spread across a dust loaded with children."

He was communicative and explained pros/cons of all the various options. Partway through the project, we realized our pre-existing front porch needed some repairs too, and Sean seamlessly added that to the project and was very reasonable on the price.
