"Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."

"Yesterday, we added something special to our home. A brick wheelchair ramp, and walkway connecting our back and side deck.
