"Ed came out to give me a bid. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and made some good suggestions as to how to do it. When I later wanted to use a different wood which was harder to find, he went to the trouble of sourcing and providing it for me. His crew, consisting of the foreman (Ed's son) and two other men, arrived on time and went over everything with me first. They then worked diligently digging the holes to the appropriate depth for the posts and setting them to get the fence exactly as high as specified. They checked their work, made some good suggestion about dealing with a parking area and other obstructions in my yard, and made some minor changes as I asked them to. When finished, they asked me to take a look to make sure I was satisfied before they left. I've had quite a few fences put up in the past, and this is by far the best experience I've had. "I received quotes for three different options - the cedar fence, an alternative in vinyl, and a repair of the broken fence. The sales guy was very easy to get hold of and provided the quotes promptly. I went with the cedar and it was installed in two days. For some reason, the old fence posts had been sunk in concrete, and all the concrete had to be removed. The yard was cleaned up both days, and the fence came out really nice.

That was the end of that. "F" for professionalism on that account. Should get smart and wear a mask. Otherwise I heard good things about this company, which is why I wanted to hire them in the first place. The fences I see done by them look very well done and solid even after several years. So puzzling when company owners don't realize that what keeps business open and kids in school is to all make an effort to keep Covid-19 numbers low. Wearing a mask seems a small thing to do for such a big gain."

"National Fence was amazing. I called in the AM for and estimate on repairing my cedar wood fence. They came out to my home within two hours, gave me an estimate and repaired the fence THAT DAY!!!! I couldn't believe it. Normally it takes weeks or months to schedule work. They crew couldn't have been nicer. They did exactly what they said they would and the workmanship was great. Needless to say I would recommend to anyone.
