"They looked around for replacement vents that would fit, and when they could not find them they had them custom made. Cleaned up lots of debris from the birds and battled wasps that had made a home in our attic, all without complaint. The work looks great, the guys were friendly, and the price was fair. Will definitely be calling theses guys when it is time for a new roof or gutters."

"From the first call made to Tom was VERY PROFESSIONAL and very down to earth. He explained what needed to be done and what has to be done to bring the roof up to code. On install day his crew was on site early and ready to rock n roll. There were 4 workers and when they started at 830 am had the roof striped off, thrown in a trash trailer, stocked the roof with shingles, laid down,an underlayment and 26 square of shingles, cleaned up and gone at 530 pm. About 9 hrs of work !!! They went above and beyond on quality installation and definitely on the clean up stage (no used nails were found afterwards) All Involved were very professional to the fullest! Would definitely use them again for ANY roofing needs!"

"It went very well. I had Coldstream replace 2 roofs (house and barn). In both cases, the crew arrived early, worked hard, and did a quality job. The price was reasonable and did not exceed the original quote. The company was very responsive, usually returning phone calls or emails the same day."

"In this particular case, Lance Roofing offered the best price by far. The workers did a fine job.....very competent, hard working, and accommodating. Clean up afterward was very thorough. They finished the whole job in less than a day."

"Very refreshing company to work with. Full replacement of roof and gutters; with the addition of gutter guards in January 2021."

"A neighbors tree fell on my house necessitating roof patching, shingle blending, and gutter replacement. We were not able to be present for the estimate and work. Professionally gave me verbal walk through of all repairs to be done and a very competitive bid price. Their repair work was very high quality and backed up with photos of all work and the finished product. If you chose them you will be highly satisfied."

"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"Alvin Shetler and his team do excellent work at a fair cost! He is a man of his word. Highly recommend Shetler Roofing guy I"

"Excellent. Randy came first thing in the morning and was right on time. He evaluated and took care of the problem quickly and even cleaned the windows while he was on the roof!"
