So when a few weeks ago my parents (both in their 80's) had plumbing problems, they called me, and as their POA, it was a no-brainer. Cellino. I called and made an appointment. "Everything went very smoothly. From my sales rep., Tom R., with the first phone call, and meeting; was all perfect. Tom answered all questions and was very nice and very informative. Then on the install day, Todd came into my home, rolling out the mat from the front door to the bath; and worked by himself'; and took out the bathtub and installed the shower walls and the shower fixtures. He checked with me before he started the job on what was going into the shower, color, etc.. He was very efficient and so, so clean. Everything was spotless when he left my home.
