"I wanted a home office/man cave room built in our basement. John was able to have his team start when we agreed and the carpentry, painting, and flooring work was done extremely well. There was only one pre-existing wall so this was mostly a completely new room within a partially finished basement. We had some issues with the electrician (Gillitzer Electric) because I had specific light fixtures and electrical layouts that I wanted done. It took them several attempts to get the correct lights. If you want any light fixtures that are not standard I would recommend purchasing them yourself. Other than that everything ended up being done exactly as I wanted, but a little more expensive than I would have preferred for a single room given I did additional insulation and all of the audio-video wiring myself. This is partly on me as I opted for some more expensive ceiling tiles and solid wood doors that are not standard items. Regardless I would definitely recommend John and would hire him again."

It’s not only for the price but also for the quality of their jobs. Basically, I watched the whole process of the jobs in four days with 8-10 workers daily. They were exactly followed every item, including material listed in the contract. Company owner Terry and project manager comes very often for supervising the quality of the job.
