They also cancel so-called free services without any phone call or warning once the promotion expires, leaving you stuck with the bill. When a technician finally comes out, they spend less than ten minutes on the work order and inevitably ?discover? another issue that requires additional payment. That work then has to be rescheduled weeks later. The entire process feels misleading and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company."
