They were able to come the next day. Nathan and Craig came and assessed the problem, explained thoroughly what needed to be done and gave us the estimate that was fair. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable.
