Removed wallpaper and then skim coated walls. Rodolfo's finishing work with the trim was beautiful! When it came to color suggestion he walked me through the process of picking the perfect color. "I have worked with Steve O'Keefe and Eagle Build and Remodel for approx 15 years on a number of projects. Steve and his team are all professional. This last project remodel of the kitchen had been in the plans for a bit. I had a pipe burst requiring repairs in the bathroom as well as basement ceiling replacement. Steve was able to provide me direction and a quick quote. Perfect opportunity to move forward with kitchen and bathroom remodel. Once again his team was amazing. Steve educated me on necessary steps and timeline from picking out cabinets, appliances, faucets and lighting. We also refinished the hardwood floors throughout the house (a disrupting job in itself). Steve assisted me in locating a storage unit, had some of his team move furniture into/out of the unit. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that has been completed. Already discussing next project."

"Frances is pleasant to talk with and was punctual and responsive. My problem was that he's probably too busy. When I received his invoice, he charged me for the recessed lights that *I* had already purchased and then I had to prove myself by showing him the receipt. He charged me 2x the Home Depot price for Romex (which I had 100 feet of in my garage, ready to go). He put in dimmer switches that didn't match the coloring of my house project (old switches were almond, new switches should have been white) and then indicated he thought I wanted almond color since those were in other places (so were the white!). He should have asked what color I wanted, but didn't and then didn't offer to replace them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I'd not hire him again."

"We found John through Angie's list, and he was able to come out right away to give us a quote, even on a Sunday. It worked out well too, since he lived not too far away. During his visit, he was thorough in giving us advice and recommendations. Also, he mentioned a website that we can go to figure out a color scheme, however I already made my mind up, and he was fine with that. We told John our expected date to get the whole house painted as we were having a housewarming party. He was able to start right away, and paint the trims, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, base heaters, hallways, doors and closets - 1800 sq ft., within 2 weeks. He was able to move some of the furniture and remove blinds, as there were times we forgot. John provided daily updates via phone calls or texts to let us know which areas are done, and asked which area he should work on next. He also helped out with our dog by letting him out, as he was still getting used to the new house. John gave us a cleaning solution to clean the walls so it would ruin the paint, and also mentioned he would come back to do touch-ups. We would hire John again once we clean out our garage and figure out a color for our exterior door."
