"We had Guy Ciluffo here from SILA this morning. It was a most pleasant experience. Everything worked according to plan. Guy called us before he came and showed up in time. While he did maintenance on our furnace he explained what he was doing and why. He also checked the valve on a radiator and gave tips re our AC system. Very professional and straight forward! Fortunately, we had no repairs or replacements but we decided to subscribe to a maintenance plan, not the least because of our pleasant experience with the SILA visit."

"Got home to no heat and noticed the pilot light would not stay lit. I was planning n going on a business trip the following day and needed heat for the family. Called Quarry Hills emergency number and they arrived 1 hour later, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue by replacing the thermocouple in our boiler. Excellent service!"
