"We selected Advanced Outdoor Services for the job because of their consistently excellent ratings on Angie's List, and we were very pleased with their work. When we bought our house in the 1970's, it had wrought-iron-type railings on each side of the front steps. They worked well, but twenty years later were rusting out, so we had another contractor replace them with a heavy-pipe railing just on one side. It was more or less functional, but not too attractive, and eventually came loose at the bottom. We decided we wanted to go back to railings on each side, and AOS obtained the black aluminum railings we liked and installed them. The porch looks much more attractive now, and gives us a handhold on each side of the steps. Jeff Luman and his brother and crew handled every aspect of the job, including relocating our mailbox, personally and professionally, and we're pleased with this improvement to our home."

"Alex and his team did a great job with the installation of approximately 140' of black aluminum fencing, two 4' gates, and one 8' gate. They also constructed on site approximately 6' of shadowbox fencing to tie in with an existing section of fence. They arrived on time, worked nonstop throughout two very warm days, and completed the project in the time estimated. I was particularly impressed with the care and attention to detail they took to ensure that everything came out just right, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Moreover, the longest section of fence had to be hand dug because it ran along the property line, where the main electrical line was buried underground. This was an enormous amount of additional work, but the original bid remained the same. When I noticed that they had forgotten to install a couple of post caps on one gate, Alex responded quickly and came out the next day to remedy the situation. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the fencing and the work, and I would not hesitate to hire Alex and his team again."

"TPM is an excellent company to do business with. They built my fence on the property just after I bought it so that I had a run for my dogs. Fence and three gates are very solid and one of them is large enough for my 48” riding mower. In other words the work they do is customized to your needs. They also built my 24’X 36’ workshop and I could not be happier with it. My only regret is that I did not have TPM pour the concrete slab as they would have done that work cheaper and the quality would have been far better. TPM just recently added a 10’X24’ lean to shed for my workshop so that I can now store my tractor out of the weather. There is nothing I would not trust TPM to do for me and I would give them the highest recommendation. Really good people doing excellent work!!!"

"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."
