I went with Simply Concrete because the gentleman that came out spent more time looking at the project so I felt like they would take more care with the project. Part of my front porch broke off and the step was cracking a bit. I had them repair the porch and then even out the rest of the porch. The concrete was discolored in spots and there was sections that were not completed. I've called and texted. At first, I got a reply from my texts - "I'll have to check with Ron." Then I found out that the contact I had, was disconnected. I tried calling the number that is on my contract and no one is responding. I don't know what else to do. I thought that by going through Angi, I wouldn't run into a disreputable company. I am really frustrated and disappointed."
