Once he figured it out, he did a fantastic job. I especially appreciated that he could clean the carpets so well with his enzymes and the carpets were dry within a couple of hours. "James did an excellent job cleaning the major red wine stain on our carpet. I had tried to clean it with a spray product but the stain came back. He went over it three times with different products and the stain is gone. He also cleaned five other areas. Also, although I didn't ask him to, he cleaned the carpet in my laundry room which was pretty bad from spilling liquid detergent. My plan is to replace the carpet but now it looks almost new!"
