"Sump pump replacement done quickly and correct"

"5 stars! From the initial visit and estimate, to the completed job, AJ Waterproofing was professional, friendly, and honest. I had to install a French drain in my crawl space, since the existing sump pump was in the center of the floor, on a sloped foundation. No water ever made it there. They also washed the walls for mold, sealed up vents, and installed a dehumidifier. When I needed an electrician to run a line for the dehumidifier, they recommended Mike, who was also amazing. While doing the work, they placed plastic on the floors and furniture, so no dust or dirt made it through the crawl space access while they were working. They even built a ladder to gain access to the crawl space, instead of having to bring one out and set up to get down there. Highly recommend!"

"Project: Install sump pump. Technician came and finished job in a timely manner. I had an issue that needed addressing, and Done Right Today was exceptionally accommodating and addressed the issue satisfactorily."

"The experience went exceptionally well, like clock-work! Joseph Georgini is an excellent communicator and plumber. He contacted me very shortly after I posted my request on the Anji website, was able to quickly collect all the information he needed about my job, set very clear expectations, advised me how I should prepare for the repair work, and set up our appointment. He sent me an appointment reminder, and showed up when he said he would. He assessed the situation quickly, and worked efficiently to replace my faucet. He took time to make sure everything was functioning properly, and cleaned the work area when he was satisfied the job was complete. His bill was what he had quoted. It was great to work with such a competent plumber who is also so customer service oriented. I will definitely contact him for my future plumbing needs."

"Had an old sump pump that was working ovetime and worried us with the heavy rains and high water table of the past few years. We decided to upgrade and go with a dual sump system that has the mainone and then a backup in the sump well that works if the main one fails. No problems so far and really happy we did this, the peace of mind was worth it! They were professional a courteous. Thanks, guys,"

"I called this company due to a flooding issue in my basement and not having a sump pump pit or a sump pump. Anthony Miller came out let me know what I need how long the task was going to take and how it would be done in a day or two no real wait time. The job was done was the most professional experience and knowledge and works fantastic which put our minds at ease. The best part is they give you a time frame and updates through out the whole process so you don't have to wait around all day like most companies make you do and they also only charge for the job itself there is no extra hourly rate or a emergency call fee. I highly recommend this company to anyone with any plumbing problems call and ask for Anthony Miller he will have you up and running with anything you need in no time."

"Quality of repairs were very good. Price was very high. Their policy of charging a rather large amount in order to provide an estimate and a "membership" did not sit well."

"Very prompt and professional. Marcus and Roy completed the repair work, and additional sump drain work in a single day. Keven and Alex were very helpful in securing financing for the project. In all great job all around and we couldn’t be happier."

"Itâ s never good when your well pump fails. But Englandâ s responded early the next day with a crew who had the pump replaced in only a few hours. They did so efficiently and politely. They materials were first rate and the cost was completely and as estimated. I can recommend them without reservation."

"Once again top notch work! Dan and Evan fully explained every step of my Well pump replacement including what to expect in the coming days. I couldnâ t be more pleased. Well done!"
