"John was great!!! Very personalble and friendly. Was on time and finished when he said he would. I highly recommend John and will definitely hire him again."

"He was very professional and went above and beyond, he also helped with other repairs and such around the house. I will be calling him again in the future for all the great work!"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"Amazing experience , will hire again. Replaced multiple door locks. Cleaned after work , even went to store to get the parts for me , as I was missing some"

"Very ambitious and thorough til he got a perfect fix on a hot, muggy day. Then he looked at the front doorframe and he returned the very next day with what he needed to remove the cracked portion of the frame and replace it with the latch perfectly lined up, good as new for 1/20 of the cost of a new door unit! Personable but no nonsense, gets the job done right and quickly. I'm impressed, and I always feel better when I feel like I got a fair deal and was not at all taken advantage of. Thank you both."

"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

"Sean and his team did an excellent job and worked with me through the process. We had a number of minor changes with the design and I was kept informed every step of the way. These guys are professionals and have exceeded my expectations. If you have any type of job, these are the people you want to hire. I've used them in the past for other projects and I have a couple of other projects that I have spoken to Sean (The Home Improvement Specialists) to send me a bid for. Little doubt in my mind I will be using this company again for my home remodeling needs."

"Problem free. Great communication. Derek did all the purchasing after we discussed what I wanted. I didn't have to lift a finger until he texted that he was outside and had completed the job. I will call Derek again when I need home repairs."
