"I needed a small repair job on wood laminate. Most companies I talked to didn’t want to bother unless I was replacing the entire floor. Rustic Flooring ( Marcel ) came out , sent his craftsmen out and did the job beautifully!!! They are skillful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Marcel and his team."

"We had Chris, Tom and the team refinish all of our hardwood floors. The team did an amazing - in a time when it can be difficult to communicate with contractors or get a call back - I was thoroughly impressed with the level of communication throughout the entire process and updates on how things were coming along. They made every effort to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We completely changed the color of our floors and it looks as though they were always this color!! The harshest of critics has yet to find something they missed. They were even able to replace planks where a wall once was - there is no way anyone can tell that those pieces of flooring are new to the house. They are true masters of their craft and artists! Would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"I cannot recommend Superior Hardwood Floors highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. For my flooring project, they handled both the installation of new hardwood and the refinishing of my existing floors. The results were absolutely stunning—seamlessly blending the new wood with the old, creating a flawless, unified look throughout my home. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and clearly skilled in their craft. They took the time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. The refinishing process brought my old, dull floors back to life, leaving them with a beautiful, rich finish that looks like it belongs in a magazine. George was patient with all my questions, helped me choose the best wood and stain options for my home, and communicated clearly at every step. He genuinely cares about delivering a quality product and ensuring his customers are happy. If you’re looking for experts who take pride in their work and deliver exceptional results, Superior Hardwood Floors is the way to go. I will definitely use their services again in the future and have already referred them to family and friends."

"Large 1st floor project. Entry way, hall closet, kitchen, powder room, living room and dining room - team installed luxury vinyl planks throughout. Also they installed 1/4 round trim to replace old trim. Job was estimated to take 2 day and they did complete on time. Also they did not try to sneak in charges or change the estimated price. I will use them again for my upstairs rooms. 100% satisfactory work."

"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"Adrian and his team did a phenomenal job demoing our current floor & installing new luxury vinyl flooring. He kept our house extremely clean all considering ripping up tile & wood. He also continued to keep my wife and I in the loop on day to day work & revised time frames as we went. He is a master at his craft and we couldn’t be happier how our new floor & staircase came out!"

"My initial experience was positive. The salesperson was very helpful and I chose carpeting that was reasonable for my budget. The installers were punctual and courteous. However, the price in the store for my carpeting was incorrect, and when it came time to pay, the salesperson was pretty rude when I demanded the price that was on the sample in the store. He even refused to let me talk to his boss. After speaking with another salesperson, I was given the price that was in the store and a credit for the extra labor for stairs, which was nice. I'm not totally pleased with the installation. There are air pockets and bumps all over the place, and when I went back to the store, I was told to try sticking pins in the air pockets and if that didn't work, they would come pull up the carpet. I just don't feel like dealing with them anymore, so I'll probably just accept all the imperfections because I don't want to turn my basement upside down to fix them.

"I’m absolutely thrilled with my new floors!! Peter did such an amazing job from beginning to end! I really appreciated all of his advice, knowledge, and expertise. It made the whole process so much easier! He installed new floors in my kitchen and refinished the floors throughout the rest of my house, and I couldn’t believe how beautiful everything looked when it was finished. The floors turned out even better than I imagined!! The finish is absolutely gorgeous, they are incredibly smooth, and the whole house feels so fresh and beautiful now. They completely transformed the look and feel of my home! I especially love how beautifully the new floors blend with the refinished ones. The transition is so seamless that everything looks like it was done together! Peter and his whole team were professional, reliable, and wonderful to work with. I’m truly so happy with the results and would absolutely recommend this company! I couldn’t be happier with my floors! :)"
