Trent, although not the lowest, told us exactly what we needed, was very knowledgeable about the business and didn’t try to sell us on extra work we didn’t need which several did. He did most of the work himself or was there for all of it. I also liked the fact that his name is on the business and he did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. The attention to detail and pride in their work I witnessed is seldom seen these days. "I have rebar holding up all of the rock around myvflower beds. I had these guys aerate my yard and they did a great job. The reason I gave them a C is because they make appointments then don't show up. They know what they are doing if you can pin them down. I wasted an entire day waiting and messaging with them back and forth so they COULD have let me know they wouldn't be here . This is the second or third time this has happened. I messaged them after 4 and asked if they weren't coming but I got no response. The irony of this is that someone from consumer satisfaction called earlier today and I bragged at the job they had done. Guess I will be back on there looking for somrone. I fall often and really need this fixed otherwise I can see myself as a human kabob."
