"After we made our final decision of the fencing details, Terry waited patiently while we took our variance request to the city counsel for their approval. We needed the fencing to be 42 inches tall to keep in our larger dog and we needed an additional post in the lower half of the fence to keep in the smaller dog. It took about 12 weeks from payment of the first check to the delivery of the fencing. That was the hardest wait for us because we had thought about this for years. Having finally made the decision, we wanted the fence immediately! The crew was awesome. They came every day for five days and put up 700 feet and five gates of the most beautiful fence we had ever seen. It is an ornamental fence and Terry suggested that we get it in bronze instead of black. The color is actually more of a gray and it looks perfect with our house. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors and people just driving by. It looks like it was always meant to be here. We love it, our dogs love it. He took care of the design, materials list, ordering, installing, and coordinating with other contractors.  We added two very large deck/patio's plus he rehabbed my existing front porch to match the new additions.  He designed gates for all of the entrances to keep my dogs off the deck, and even made a door underneath my decks so that the space underneath can be used for storage.  The workmanship is great, and the price was reasonable for the time spent and the end product.  He also acted as general contractor in finding me a quality crew to replace my roof with metal, and has kept me informed of their schedule and when to expect that work to happen. <br />"
