"John and his team were life savers for us- literally! We had hired a different radon mitigation company (nationwide) and needless to say, their system did nothing! I have two little kids and was so frustrated with the levels staying high. I was looking for someone who could possibly repair the existing system which is how I came across radon abatement services. They had videos and pictures on their website, of all the wrong work that was done by contractors. I figured these guys know what they’re doing. And know they did! I had emailed John to tell him our situation and he got back to me and explained everything in detail. He told me what and why our house needed a different system. I had not given him a single penny and he was so gracious to share his expertise with me. Ofcourse, Eventually we hired them to install a new radon mitigation system in our house. Within the day of installment, our levels went down below 4 and have stayed below 2 consistently thereafter. I cannot thank John enough. Their prices were also reasonable. "This company has charged me over 4000 dollars in Maintenance charges which I paid I have all my Receipts stating I don’t owe them anything they charge me 200 dollars for a celling leak which they came out to look at it didn’t fix the issue they also charged me 900 dollars to put carpet down in my front room not the whole house 900 dollars is Ridiculous I have reached out to them Several times dispute these charges by emails letters phone calls keep getting the manger chade lane will give me a call I waited months so I took matters into my owe hands I reach out to the Better business bureau Maryland legal aide the attorney General they all wrote letters emails on my behalf asking for Documentation for the balance dunne Wright saying I owe which they couldn’t Produce if I owe the balance what’s hard about sending over paperwork this company is very shady I don’t understand how they are still in business if you google this company you will see they had a class action law suite against them in 2016 for doing the same thing they doing to me to other tenants"

"He stinks. He did not tell us, first time homebuyer, about the roof, no drywall behind new cabinets, etc. The builder/seller seem to be in on this together and neither would respond or resolve the situation. Do not trust this company at all"
