Words cannot express how thrilled I am with the entire roofing project completed by Rhino Back Roofing. I am a VERY particular decision maker when I hire a company to do projects of this magnitude and Rhino Back Roofing came thru with Flying Colors. From day 1, they were extremely polite and professional. Guided me through the process of putting forth an insurance claim and was with me step by step to get everything approved. Once approved, I was guided through the various steps of making a shingle style and color selection and any other options I was being offered. Even after I made my choices, I decided to change my mind on a few items and without ANY hesitation on their part, they agreed with my final decisions, accepted them and encouraged me that I would be extremely happy with the end result, and I am 1000%!!! 2 days before the installation, all materials were delivered and placed on my property perfectly. The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines. At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. HONESTLY, I could not be happier with the entire working relationship with Rhino Back Roofing...they are wonderful to work with, honest, extremely helpful, very customer service oriented and will jump thru hoops to make the customer as comfortable as possible with projects such as replacing one's roof. Something we only do once every 30-40 years or so. I will ALWAYS refer Rhino Back Roofing to ANYONE who is need of a roof replacement/installation. "L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house.They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all. <br />"

"First off, the guys that do the actuall roofing work, do a great job, impressive to watch, and real quality. So why 3 stars? Because Chris, owner and spokesperson for Rising Star, deserves 1 star. Chris is the stereotypical salesperson; tell the customer whatever they want to hear, to get their signature on the dotted line. This is especially important to note, if you&apos;re looking to hire Rising Star because of other reviews, and are planning on filing an insurance claim. He&apos;ll start by telling you that he&apos;ll handle everything, easy as pie. What this really means is, he&apos;ll guide you along the way, because the insurance company is only going to want to deal with the policy holder, so actually it&apos;s you that will be doing the handling. It&apos;s also important to note; because of his, "tell them whatever they want to hear" personality, every time you speak with him, will be like the first time. He won&apos;t remember what he said the time before, and will instantly go into telling you whatever he thinks you want to hear today. And what he thinks you always want to hear is, all is good, no matter what roadblock the insurance company has thrown in front of you, it&apos;ll all work out in the end. And what he really means by that is, no matter the outcome, in the end, Rising Star will make a profit! Would I recommend them? Depends. If you&apos;re filing an insurance claim, and are totally clueless about the process, yes, as long as you go in with your eyes fully open. Looking to hire for a straight roofing job, probably not. I&apos;m sure there are any number of companies out there that also do quality work, will do it for a better price, and won&apos;t tell you the sun is shining, when it&apos;s actually raining cats and dogs!"
