Classic Tile Works was established in 2003 and specializes in ceramic tile and natural stone installations and repairs along with grout replacement.No job is too small! "They replaced 2 cracked tiles and glued down one that was popping up. They used grout far darker than what I had. They further cracked 2 tiles next to the tiles that were replaced or glued down and even cracked and scratched one of the new tiles. My floors were a MESS. So dirty I worry they?ll never be clean again. The hard wood trim next to the tile was pulled up and now sticking up because they didn?t bring the right nails to nail it back down. They said they?d come back with appropriate nails but later called and said maybe tomorrow or the next day? they asked for a rag that I thought would be returned to me but no - said it was ruined and wouldn?t give it back. Used a lot of my paper towels but still left huge mess. All this for $300 for 2.5 hours leaving a mess. I would not recommend fixing broken tiles. I hope to get the right nails to fix the trim at Home Depot myself. On top of all that, I asked him not to wear his shoes with the dark grout on the bottoms up my stairs with new"
