"I’ve recently had a major renovation of my home completed by Beantown Home Improvement. The project consisted of replacing the old clapboard and shingle siding with James Hardie fiber cement cedar mill planks. The project turned out great! Everyone who has seen it have had nothing but good comments about it. I’ve even had my neighbor request contact information for Beantown to get an estimate about a project he is looking to have done. The owner, Jim DelPrete, was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project. Initially, the project’s start date was estimated to be in August, but Jim was able to get a crew to start in June. Throughout the project, Jim would stop by to check on the progress and he would always respond promptly if a question arose. Janice was also extremely helpful throughout the whole project, whether it was to stop by to take measurements or to field a number of inquiries by phone. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. The work crew was excellent and put in long days to complete the project in a little over a weeks time. I would highly recommend choosing Beantown Home Improvement for your next project, I know I will choose them again."

I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. BBS immediately secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage, assessed the situation and presented an estimate for the needed repairs/replacement. "THey removed some rotted siding on my side porch and replaced it with pressurized wood exactly fitting in, then painted it to match. ALso pressure washed the slate roof of the porch which was covered with lichen. ALso cleaned the gutters out. THe roof looks like new! DId it all in one day and were very efficient and polite.
