"After much research and several estimates I decided to hire Paragon Home Remodeling Grp. to redo my roof. They use a high quality product and are very reliable. There was a team of workers who worked endlessly for two and a half days. They kept me informed as to the progress and took pictures of areas that needed my attention. Seeing the great job that was getting done I requested to have other work done at the same time. I had four new 2 story pillars replaced and a new gutter system installed. There was never a sales push to get more work done and no rush for payment. I also have to say their price was very reasonable compared to estimates I received. "I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother. The next day, I also got a call from their office to confirm the job which was very professional. Adelphia showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the estimated time. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and very responsive. They also did a good job of explaining what was to be done and they went above and beyond all within the estimated price.
