"Great. Stephen arrived on time and did a great job according to schedule and agreement. A wire to the front lamp was broken in the process (inevitable - it went under the existing sidewalk) so Stephen installed a plastic pipe before laying down the new sidewalk so new line wouldn't be embedded like the prior line. Finished product looks great. I got 3 quotes. Stephen's was several thousand less than others. He also provided proof of liability and workman's comp - which is important if you're having folks use heavy equipment on your property and/or have employees. Stephen is one of the most easy-going and hard-working guys I've met. Even with a significant equipment malfunction he completed the job on time and kept his good mood throughout. "I contacted them in May 2013, but due to prior committments and weather delays, they performed the work in July.  Stone Brothers removed and hauled away our old asphalt driveway, leveled and graded and compacted the existing base, installed two compacted inches of #404 asphalt, rolled and compacted the surface, tamped the edges, sealed the seam at curb with tar. <br />"

"I contacted Scott Allen in April and asked for an estimate on doing fairly typical two-car wide driveway and apron and two sections of sidewalk.  He came out promptly and we discussed details and options. I asked for rebar.  Scott gave me a verbal estimate and followed up with a written quote. I signed the contract and told Scott that timing was not critical. I just wanted it done this year. Scott called me in June and said the next week looked good for his schedule and the weather forecast.  He arranged for the permit  and utility clearance. Scott and his crew came out when he said he would. On day one, they removed the old concrete, graded, put in forms, and put down a gravel base with rebar.  They also placed a PVC sleeve under the width of the driveway for routing the sprinkler system water and control lines. The next day Scott and his crew of Chad, Kenny, and Danny poured and finished the concrete.  Upon completion, they put soil in where the forms had been, replaced the flagstones from an abutting  walkway that had to be removed during construction, thoroughly cleared the work site, and put up cones and warning tape before leaving. I am totally pleased with the final result and their  professionalism and attention to finishing details.  It was a pleasure to work with the entire crew. Near the end of the project, someone in a passing car stopped and asked Scott to see him about doing his driveway. I told him that they did excellent  work and he said he could tell and that's why he stopped. "Frisby did a great job on my new roof installation. I contacted them and filled out the contract online, then a few days later had a phone conference to go over the contract and ask questions. We were put on their schedule and informed it would be about four weeks, which was fine. I regularly received e-mail updates as to our start date. Within 2 weeks I received a call that the materials would be delivered the following Tuesday and the work would start on Wednesday [weather permitting]. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, unloaded their tools and went straight to work. The work included removing an old unused fireplace insert stack and 2 wind turbine vents before the new shingles were installed. The holes were boarded up so the roof had a solid surface. They completed the installation in one day, and other than a few minor details which are being resolved, they did a great job. They cleaned up my yard of debris and nails before leaving. The ladies in the office were a pleasure to work with, the pre-work inspectors were very knowledgeable, the crew was professional and hard-working, and the post-work inspector was very receptive to my observations and questions. All in all, I would highly recommend Frisby for any roofing work you may need !"

"I called Woody to discuss setting up an appointment to get concrete steps fixed and for his opinion to see if my driveway needed to be repaved as well.  He answered on the first call, which was great!  But when I told him what I wanted, he says that they are really busy.  He asked me if I needed it right away and I said I didn't, but am shopping for quotes.  He said with the weather and the rain, he is too busy with other jobs.  This was fine with me because I could cross him off my list and look at other companies.  I'm sure another company will be happy to take my money. <br />"
