"The process was very quick and so easy! We haven’t gotten any results as we just ordered the carpet."

"VRP was exceptional. They removed our old carpet, installed new wood flooring and did it quickly, quietly and professionally. We never even knew they were here except for the beautiful floors which replaced the carpet. We would absolutely use them again and I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of wood flooring!! Communication was also wonderful!"

"Easy process from quote to work complete. The crew worked on a few small projects -- fixed a damaged wall, repaired flooring, and installed a new toilet."

"They were very responsive and did a great job restretching our carpets."

"They were extremely professional and when I requested quotes the night before Thanksgiving they came over to repair our door 2 days later at a very reasonable fee compared to other estimates I received. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again in a minute!"

"They were extremely professional leaving the work area at the end of the day cleaner than when they started. He was extremely patient with installing the backsplash making it perfectly straight even around windows and corners. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I’m planning on hiring them for fireplace tiles and basement flooring."

"Oliver and his team were friendly, personable, punctual and very professional. We were very very happy with the whole project and quality of the work!
Our positive experience began when Oliver went to bat for us with our insurance company. Our insurance company had been very helpful and forthcoming, but had only approved 2 coats of poly for refinishing our hardwood floors. Oliver explained that 3 coats is a minimum for quality work. We had no idea, but with Oliver's help, our insurance company approved 3 coats, which frankly did make a big difference in the outcome.
Oliver was very punctual and communicative. His friendly demeanor and personable conversation made the work during the project very pleasant. He and his team arrived on time each day and would get straight to work. They were efficient, respectful and trustworthy, and cleaned up very nicely after their work each day. (They even cleaned up and threw away disposable coffee cups that I had left out!)
He and his team worked around our schedule and were very accommodating.
The quality of work was excellent. The walls that had been damaged by water and that required drywall repair and new insulation looked new after Oliver finished with them.  He upgraded the pipe insulation and now we have peace of mind that we won't face the same problem in the future.
Likewise, his team did an exceptional job with our hardwood floors. They sanded and refinished the entire floor, and it looks simply stunning. We really appreciated the attention to detail on all fronts. (They even sealed off our kitchen cabinets/fridge to prevent fumes or dust from getting into our food storage.)
In the course of the work, Oliver replaced our old, worn washing machine hoses, at no additional cost to us, just because he notices these details and wants to leave things in better order than he found them.
Additionally, he was able to include sanding and refinishing our hardwood stairs within the cost covered by our insurance company.
Oliver and his team did high quality work while making the whole process as easy and pleasant as possible for us. They went above and beyond what was originally discussed, and during the each step of the project, Oliver would check in with us to be sure we were happy with the work as it progressed.
We highly recommend Oliver and his team!

Nado is very easy and pleasant to work with. The work was done quickly, during the day while I was at work so I trusted them. The main work was completed well, however there is some finish work that needs to be done. Caulking between the vanity top and the walls. I also needed to vacuum my carpets as there is quite a bit of debris I keep finding in the living room; don't know how that happened. The boxes and left over sinks were not taken away, so I was left with cleaning up this waste. I did not specify this when we first discussed the details of the job, so I have learned that I need ask a few more questions and confirm a few more details about the project in the beginning. I need to get better at hiring help, I own this.

I will certainly call Nado and Build All again when I need some service done.
