He also granted all of my little requests (and there were a bunch) without hesitation. More importantly, Brothers price was very reasonable and they completed the entire job in one week! Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but Mike, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. He also had to deal with picky neighbors. The work was done super well in one day. Fast forward this past summer, I heard a small leak. "Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Contacted Pinnacle Roofing to come by and check something months after the job was complete, and had someone at my door a couple of days later. "We recently renovated the original kitchen/dining area in our 50 year old colonial. We obtained several estimates for the project and chose Selective Sculptures to complete the work. The project included taking down a bearing wall and replacing it with header, gutting the entire area and putting in new insulation and sheetrock, moving and replacing a window, putting in a new tile floor, new cabinets, quartz countertop, subway tile backsplash, new interior doors, moving plumbing and rewiring electric and installing high hats and pendant lights, painting walls, ceiling, doors and new molding throughout. The actual cost of the job came very close to our estimate, only going over a reasonable amount because of issues with electrical and plumbing when the walls were opened due to the age of the house. Everyone was very professional throughout the entire project and treated our home as if it was their own. From the day we initially met with the kitchen designer Dominick, and the project manager Mike, we felt very comfortable with the team. All the workers were very skilled and took pride in their work. Everyone was considerate, responded immediately to any question or concern that we had. Each day they had a plan for the work to be performed and didn't leave until it was completed. Each morning we were asked if we had any questions and if we were satisfied. At the end of the work day, everything was cleaned up neatly. The entire project was estimated to take 4-6 weeks. The majority of the work was performed within the 4 weeks, only pushing to 5 because an item was on backorder. The quality of the materials, all of which we were able to see and purchase through their showroom, were excellent, as was the workmanship. We would highly recommend Selective sculptures to complete any kitchen/bath renovation. Although going with a company that we hadn't heard of before, we were a little hesitant, but we are so glad we went with Selective Sculptures. "JP Restoration Service Corp. Was professional prompt and worked quickly. They gave an estimate of two days and was able to replace my gutters, repair sections where my soffit was too badly worn, and replace some bad wood and missing shingles on my roof. They also were the only contractors that came out to my home and made their assessment before giving an estimate on the work that needed to be done. . The other contractor I called made their estimates by looking at my house on Google Street views. Highly recommend JP Restoration"

"Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."
