"The Tech that came to the home made NO attempt to make a diagnosis on the electrical issue . The tech ; opened the electrical panel and stated I can not do anything you need a upgrade . The electrical box on the house is 100 amp ( the licensed electrician that actually came and fixed the house said 100-amp is more than adequate for a 1300 square foot house a 100-amp box is more than enough for a 2600 square foot house) . This company said 8,000 for the upgrade ( not needed ) . We actually hired a electrician that is a licensed electrician not a handyman like this company sends out he said it was a faulty GFI in the garage and have had no issues . Thus company just wanted to rip off a disabled person because he figured I was stupid ."

Ido showed up on time (already a victory), explained everything clearly, and even recommended something that would fix another electrical problem I didn’t know how to describe. On one cabinet that sits aline, it gave the optical illusion that it was not as bright as the other sections. Will Martinez the owner, came over on Sunday @ 10 am to fix things South as that it looked as it should. All included in the original estimate and invoice. No Extra Charge. TRUE Customer SERVICE!!!!"
