He had replaced outlets in our previous home and when we moved I called him again to discuss a number of things we wanted to do around the house. Ido is great! His bids are clear, he lets you know what may come up during the job that may increase the bid, so there is no messing around and when the job is done there are no surprise costs. All total he has done the following in our home Repaired the power to our garage Replaced our electrical panel Installed new interior and exterior outlets Installed a patio fan Ido works really hard and does fantastic work. He shows up on time, he's friendly and professional (also good with pets!). I have 100% confidence in the quality and safety of his work. "Garafano Electric is very professional and courteous. They arrive on time, complete the task at hand in the time they estimated and clean-up upon departure. They are also helpful in making suggestions when installing new lighting. We added new lighting in a dark living room, replaced old kitchen "can" lighting to new LED lights as well as replaced outdoor security/sensor lighting and added one more extra bright security/sensor light in a dark area of the front yard."

"I called Chris on a Friday evening and told him that the light wasn't working in the bathroom in my condo which I rent out.  He said he had plans on Saturday but that he would work me in first thing in the morning before he went to his program because he understood the inconvenience of not having any light in the bathroom. He was prompt and professional.  He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. Before calling Chris I had a large company send one of their electricians to evaluate the job.  The person spent one hour evaluating the job and stated that he was unsure which wire was faulty and that he needed to return after the weekend and spend more hours figuring out the problem which could cost as high as $1,000.00 for his time.  This large company charged me a service fee for the visit when they did nothing but give me bad information and sent me an incompetent electrician or a dishonest one.  Chris had no problems figuring out the problem and fixing it and charged me around $100.00.  He was competent, ethical and professional. I highly recommend him. Professionals like Chris are few and far between these days.

"I can't recommend Ken Johnson and his team, enough. They gave me a reasonable rate for a brand new electric panel and installed it in only a couple of hours. They even made sure to keep my refrigerator hooked up to power so it stayed cool. Of course, they are following Covid protocols, and were very efficient in their time. They did a really good job on the panel. I would absolutely hire these gentlemen again."
