"He did a bad job, he painted the front door at the top so now there is paint on the glass because he did not tape it off and did not try to clean it. He complained about the previous guy that painted it because there were spots but he did a worse job painting it while holding onto his phone while he is painting and put the wrong color. The back door he put a deadbolt in but it just spins so I had to hire a locksmith to fix it. I had a door jammer on my office and master bedroom door that he was supposed to have it installed but it did not work so I had to have the locksmith fix that also. He was supposed to do touch paint on the wall by the door frame an he did not do it, I went around to check the work after he left because he said he was done and found these issues, I had to hire someone else to fix these issues. He gave the key to my neighbors which they came into my house and ruined mt computer."

Although another company provided a significantly lower quote without any guarantee, David diligently worked to adjust the price until it was comparable to the lower quote. He professionally explained the installation process and advised us on preparations. On February 8, he informed us via email that our project had been ordered, with delivery expected in 6 to 8 weeks. The windows arrived ahead of schedule, and we scheduled the installation for March 3. On the installation day, the three-man crew led by Bryan, the Crew Leader, arrived promptly at the appointment time. Bryan communicated effortlessly in perfect English with us, and in Spanish with Byron and the rest of the crew. He remeasured everything and verified each window's size. Unfortunately, one window had incorrect dimensions due to a manufacturing error. Nevertheless, the team proceeded efficiently and meticulously, removing the old louvers and installing the replacements within four hours. Bryan assured us that the correct-sized window would be expedited from the manufacturer. The job site was left clean and tidy both inside and outside. Today, on March 19, Peter, the Job Foreman, installed the remaining window, completing the task in less than an hour. We are extremely satisfied with the fantastic customer service, the excellent quality of the product and the workmanship and the overall dedication to customer satisfaction provided by the entire staff at Smart Window Company.
