The individuals who carried out the work were friendly and professional. When they thought something beyond the original contract should be done, they checked first with me before proceding. A written estimate detailing materials and any possible concerns with roof, chimney etc were clearly outlined and provided within 48 hours. His communication over the phone to answer any questions I had was prompt, professional and friendly. One week later Garry's crew (working together 9 years!) were waiting at my driveway at 6:30AM, dumpster arrived a half hour later and the crew got to work. By the end of the day, all work was completed. Clean yard and dumpster removed.
