"Overall, we were happy with our experience. The sales people were friendly, and on time. The installers were punctual, efficient and in addition to cleaning out the existing gutters, removed a lot of debris and clutter from on top of our roof while they were there. They rehang the old gutters after discovering the previous owner hadn't installed them correctly and so far, the filters and gutters appear to be working and working much better than they previously were. They installed extensions to the downspouts to properly keep water away from the house, and even staked them down in the yard to keep them from moving about, in addition to securing them to the downspouts. So far the gutters they installed appear to be of good quality, the filters appear to be working well and everything is sealed well. <br /> Our only complaint would be that, as other reviewers have noted, while they don't do a massively high pressure sales pitch, they do quote a ridiculously high initial price and then keep knocking it down the more you say "no". It started with an initial price, and when we said that would take us some time to decide and come up with the money, they presented a coupon that was good "any time" when we were ready. However, if we bought that day, they could knock more off the cost, plus we could use the coupon. In addition, if we agreed to let them set the installation schedule (which we were happy to as we weren't in a particular hurry anyway) they would knock even more off. When we still were planning on declining to purchase that evening, the sales guy made a call to his "supervisor" and wouldn't you know it, they had just scored a big commercial contract just up the road from us, with gutters in the color we were looking for (but different colored filter) and they were offering us to buy at the commercial price since they would be doing a bulk materials purchase. In the end, we wound up getting a price that was more than 50% less than their original quoted price, installed 2 days later. <br /> You guys have a quality product that seems to work well, and can obviously install for a good price. You really shouldn't need to play pricing games to convince your customers they're getting a deal. Why waste your and your customer's time fake haggling to get to a price that was going to be easily agreed to in the first place? <br />"
