"The provider removed the original sidewalk of concrete and bricks. The debris was taken to the landfill and disposed of and cost $453 to do so. All of that was done exactly as was expected. The new sidewalk was installed. There are stones and some concrete to secure them. That is still in progress, and we did go ahead and paid the full amount of the invoices. We thought that he was going to come back and finish smoothing the surface out. It needs more filler or concrete between the stones, because is is currently an unstable and uneven surface. We had a verbal agreement with the owner of the company about adding a few extra stones right in front of the porch. He stated he would come back and fix that when he finished the concrete on the sidewalk. We told the owner of the company that we were not in any hurry, because we realized he was very busy. Having said that, it is now almost September, and it is still not finished. My husband has tried to reach out to him a number of times but there has been no response. We just want it to be finished and safe to walk on. It is getting close to the holidays, and we are concerned for my aging father to come visit. He does not walk well, and it would be very unsafe for him to walk on the sidewalk as it currently is."

"My husband has been sick for the past 1 1/2 years and passed away in March 2019. Needless to say our yard has been neglected except for the occasional lawn mowing when I could find someone. The owner of Lawn Care Creations, Randall Ball, came over to see me the next day after I contacted him. He went over the service and followed up with an email with prices and list of all his services. We set up a day to have his crew come in to mow and do fall cleanup for me. I have lots of trees so there was quite a mess for his crew to clean up. They also cleared out a few small shrubs and vines. They did a wonderful job. My yard has not looked this good in years. My neighbors make a special trip over to tell me how impressed they were with the work done. I look forward to having Lawn Care Creation keep my yard in good condition during the fall and seeing what we can make pretty with plantings in the spring."
