They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. "Steven seems like a nice enough guy and he seems to have sufficient technical knowledge of tiling. That said, Steven either has very low detail focus or exerts as little effort as possible (I truly don't know which). He does only "OK" work on his own (some uneven tiles and non-uniform grouting) but wants the customer to work side-by-side with him throughout the job to tell him whenever he does something that the customer believes is unacceptable. His justification for this is that "everyone has different opinions" about what is acceptable. So, if you aren't diligent in catching poor work, you will get merely an OK job. To be fair, he will gladly fix customer-identified problems. If you have the time and desire to work with him throughout the job to point out problems, then he may fine. If you, like us, are busy, are not a price buyer, and want a motivated professional who delivers objectively high-quality tile work with minimal "babysitting", you should probably look elsewhere."

If your household consists of three to six people, a 1/2–3/4 horsepower unit is recommended. FA3/4–1 horsepower model will be necessary. For larger households of five to eight people
