"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."

He did not cut any corners and provided top quality service to the point of thoroughly inspecting my appliance and ridding it of any safety hazards (excess lint, etc...). He even helped with troubleshooting some dryer vent concerns I had. I was truly impressed with his work ethic and genuine concern for the customer.
