"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Tyler quickly identified the issue with the oven and was able to order the part and install it the next day."

Hello I’m Jay I have 10 years in the industry and am excited to help with your needs.

"I highly recommend this company. They were very responsive and thorough. Great customer service skills. I loved that I could trust them to not over charge me or take advantage of me financially. I'm saving their information for future work on all of my appliances."

"The manager takes time to explain the problems and the resolution. He trains his staff well. The staff is knowledgeable. The staff knew Tappan was made by Frigidaire. They explained how the burners were set up and how each burner/coil, self-clean and oven features operate. Mr. Appliance has excellent customer service. I had an appointment scheduled 2 days after I called the manager. His staff diagnosed and then when the part came in it was installed. The process took about 10 days from my call to the work being completed. I have used the repaired burner and my meal turned out perfect. The price I paid was fair. I recommend Mr. Appliance of Springfield."

"Arrived on time, Provided excellent professional service, was very knowledgeable and got the the system up and running in no time, Also provided appliance repair with same courteous service , highly recommend."

"Tommy did a great job. He has had some health issues this last year and his work schedule has been limited. I was lucky enough to catch him one of this last empty spots in May. Hopefully he will be available again sometime in July or August 2021."

"Kim came over right away to install our new gas stove and for less than half of what others were charging. The other three people we called would not have been able to come out for almost a week! Kim also thoroughly inspected our gas line and repaired a small leak that we were unaware of, still less expensive than any competitors' install price alone! When we found out that Kim does all sorts of handyman jobs- we were sold. He is now our only "go to" for any household repair or install."

"I was pleasantly surprised when Paul and his associate provided me with much needed same day service on a Sunday right before a holiday. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very friendly. He did not cut any corners and provided top quality service to the point of thoroughly inspecting my appliance and ridding it of any safety hazards (excess lint, etc...). He even helped with troubleshooting some dryer vent concerns I had. I was truly impressed with his work ethic and genuine concern for the customer. I would strongly recommend him to anyone and will definitely keep him on the top of my list for any future service needs!"

"The service turned out well. The problem happened on a Friday. He was the only one I could get out the next day. He was able to get their early and repaired the A/C quickly. They explained the issue very well which I appreciated because sometimes service providers do not explain things well. I would use them again in the future."
