"Tyler was excellent. He showed up on time for his appointment, he diagnosed the problem with my clothes washing machine, he had parts with him needed to fix the washer and he installed them with no problem. His price was very reasonable. He was professional and pleasant at all times. I highly recommend Tyler for any appliance repair work."

"With 9 grandchildren arriving on Thursday to stay the weekend I was desperate to get my dryer fixed when I discovered on Wednesday that it had stopped heating. I called Dave on Wednesday around noon and he magically appeared early Thursday morning. By 1:00 Thursday afternoon three loads of laundry had already been washed and dried. Dave was a lifesaver! If you need an appliance repaired call Dave."

"They came out a day after our clothes washer died compared to others that were several week out. The repair man was extremely nice and didnâ t try to sell me something I didnâ t need."

"The service turned out well. The problem happened on a Friday. He was the only one I could get out the next day. He was able to get their early and repaired the A/C quickly. They explained the issue very well which I appreciated because sometimes service providers do not explain things well. I would use them again in the future."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."
