Victor, my amazing repair person, found a small hole the previous builder hid at initial construction at the corner of second floor slash roof. The flashing wasnt done right and the hole allowed the water to work its way down. After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room. The pictures show what 20yrs of a tiny leak can do. What a simple minor leak looked like, was actually a monster that damaged alot. They fixed everything to perfection, even found a second minor issue after fixing the flashing. The rain was also working its way behind gutter and because he was working in the rain he fixed that too. Yes he was working in rain. I couldn't ask for a better job done. Google has more detail"

I let him know that I purchased the house on my own. 2 months after the roof was completed I still had not received my warranty. It took me about 6 phone calls, and an email to the owner before I got the warranty sent to me. After I emailed the owner the foreman sent a snarky text saying I should have contacted him instead of the company. All in all it might be worth the competitive price if you're willing to put up with misogyny and to stay on top of things."
