"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. "Julie was easy to work with, however there were issues with quality/craftsmanship. Specifically, a tear in the fabric on one of the wings, loose fabric on both wings, the tips of the seat cushion did not have any foam/batting in it and the cushion cording was sewn in such a way that the seam hit right under the knee. Julie did come out and pick up the chair a replace/fix these issues and did so overnight, but we wished she had done the job with attention to those details the first time. <br />"

"The service was fine. The guy was fine and on time, but it felt like maybe he left some soap or residue or something in it. Maybe, he did not rinse it out well, but other than that, it was fine. They made the appointment for me as soon as I called. I would probably not use them again. I may try one of those residue-free ones next time. In fact, I rinsed it just about a week ago with the little carpet cleaner I have at home and there seemed to be a lot of sod and stuff in there. The guy was punctual and on time. I just do not know if he spent enough time doing the rinsing. I might still keep looking.  "
