"The representative came out and assessed the situation.  Then he told us honestly that the company could not complete the repairs as the drive was too badly damaged for repair; it would need to be replaced.  Their company does not do replacement work, just repairs, so we had no further contact.  We appreciated their honesty. <br />"

"Wallace construction came to my door after seeing shingles missing on my roof. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."

He didn't feel that anything he might do would be the best result for us in the end. We appreciated his direct, honest approach. There was no charge for his time or effort. "Did a great job! I had talked to other concrete businesses, and one could come out to give me an estimate in 2 weeks, and the other in 6 weeks! AAA had me send some photos (I live about an hour away) and said they could do the job the following week. The job was all completed exactly one week after I first called! Front stoop is now all on one level and looks much, much better. One side of the driveway required several mudjacking attempts, but they finally got it raised. Now the driveway is high enough that one can step easily from the driveway to the stoop, and I won't need to add a stair step somewhere, as I originally thought, which will save me some time and money. They put caulking between the sections of the stoop afterwards, and repaired some footing that fractured in the process, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. David is very good about talking with the customer about options, suggestions, etc. Prices are reasonable, and much more affordable than other options. Would highly recommend AAA Mudjackers."

"<p>Brad came out and walked the area with us. He listened to our concerns and needs. He later provided a very detailed estimate offering various suggestion for work to be done WITH pricing options. Because this work hinged on the completion of other work, he was very understanding that the job might not be completed before the weather got too cold to work the asphalt. He extended the estimate date in the event we had to wait until spring.<br /> Once our other work was completed, they put us on the job list. One morning, when it was too cold to work the asphalt, Brad called to see if the crew could come and prepare the area. The crew showed up and worked most of the day preparing the area. They were great. </p> When the weather warmed for paving, the crew showed up and got right to work. They worked and worked to make sure the new asphalt was smooth as possible and even with the sidewalks. Later in the week the crew came back with gravel for the remainder of the drive. They worked the gravel to compact it and made sure it was to our satisfaction. <br /> We beleive the price was fair for the overall quality of the work,courteous workers, and attention to our needs. <br />"
