"In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "

"After searching for someone who does ceramic tile on Home Advisor, Brandon from Silver Snake Properties contacted me. He gave my wife and me a reasonable quote and was able to begin work in less than 2 weeks (due to rain and this being an inside job). He is a very experienced man, and we discovered, very knowledgeable in many areas, not just ceramic tile. He always showed on time; has a very calm, professional demeanor; and excellent work ethics. While demolishing our bathrooms, for Brandon to do the tile, due to old pipes, we sprung 2 leaks. Brandon went above and beyond to help me get the situations resolved quickly. While he was here, my wife picked his brain about a ceramic tile backsplash in our kitchen, venting our dryer outside, replacing a couple windows, and helping us complete our stairs after laying vinyl wood flooring. Yes, we will definitely hire Beandon again! "

"Hired through Home Depot to install central heat pump. The work was completed and the system is running well. The techs did a good job and were polite and cleaned up after themselves. However: - I specifically purchased the Elite version of the heat pump, which the salesperson told me met the new standards for energy rebates. It now appears that it does not. Net loss of about $2600. - Some of the fins/radiator inside the condenser housing were damaged before the install was even finished (off the truck?). I asked the techs if it was a problem, but was probably too wishy washy about it (and wanted it installed because of a heat wave coming) so I didn't demand a replacement or promise that it would be covered if there was a problem. It didn't leak, so maybe OK? - Since we had two HD credit cards already, I asked if we could split the cost between them and get the 24-months interest free programs, and was told it would be fine (have the confirmation in writing). The techs even had to connect with someone at the office to make sure it went right. It didn't. They ended up being 6-months plans. I emailed about getting them switched several times and each time the request would get forwarded to our salesperson, who never responded. Eventually we had to get another loan with a high interest rate, and it will cost us about $1200 in interest. Is the pump worth $3800 more than we were planning on? Maybe. We'll see when winter kicks in. Certainly we'll never recoup the cost in our lifetime, but there were many reasons we purchased. Mixed experience. Was happy with the process until the end, when it's too late to do anything about it. But we have a functioning system. I think we're supposed to have a year of service as well, but I've received no information about it. Hoping nothing goes wrong. If you are big on attention to detail, follow up, and after sale customer service, be careful."

"Al Romano the service technician came from Newpro arrived on time and was excellent. He recalled my Newpro walk-in shower and did a fantastic job . My shower looks brand new! Al was so kind patient and full of knowledge regarding how to keep my shower looking new He also tightened up loose bars and even cleaned my out my bathroom drain. Exceptional service!"

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

"Honestly I’m pretty disappointed. This is a quote from my mother. “Heads up to anyone that hires SNYDERS SEASON REPAIR. He quoted me an estimate of $5000 to remove bad subfloor in 4 rooms of my mobile home . Next morning he calls me and tells me the total will be $10,000 . He said he would make up a contract . Paid half upfront and second half when done . Never got the contract even after I asked for it . He said he was "printing" it out . Never got one . Took one whole day to do my living room which is not that big . They (his helper) walked around more than working on the floor . He and his helper also brought their girlfriends . Nothing professional there . I have photo's of the Uneven floors in my kitchen and in the hallway there's a gap and I can see the ground through it to underneath the trailer . All I have are my returned checks for proof of payment. I hope he has friends that can relay this post . Fortunately I have someone that can fix this mess. BUYER BE WARE ... I learned a very expensive lesson . I would ask for some money back but that would only lead into more disappointment and I don't want him in my home again .” Thank you for completely robbing my mother and taking advantage of a simple job that you did NOT finish. Or CONSTRUCT proper business. No proof. No contract. Lazy workers who bring personal liability (girlfriends) on the job with no recognition of responsibility OR RESPECT for clients privacy and home. We have video recording and screen shots of poor work ethic and complete unprofessionalism. Would not recommend in the least. Honestly wouldn’t even have put a star but it was required to post this. Good luck to anyone hiring this company and wants a half a** job done with triple the price 24 hours later."
