The new invoice states customer must be forewarned of additional costs, so I called the manager. However, the manager would not discuss discrepancies, disregarded the original quote, and threatened to escalate my bill. I would not recommend Handyman of Lake Oswego due to unethical business practices. One star due to quality work, although the worker did not match the ceiling paint, leaving the job unfinished."
